Cancellations policy

At KATI NEO GR M.I.K.E we aspire to offer quality services Architecture and decoration  and efficient service. As part of our efforts, we now offer the possibility of booking through our website.

In order to ensure the best service to all customers and to avoid cases of abuse of this facility, the following Reservations / Cancellation Policy has been implemented:

• Each customer makes up to 3 reservations once per week
• A reservation can be canceled up to 3 hours before the meeting. Otherwise, the meeting will be charged as normal.
• Failure to cancel a reservation will result in the cancellation of all remaining reservations for the  Week.
